Paradyme Financial is a full service tax and accounting firm. We provide support and guidance to businesses from all sectors so that they can succeed in the world of ever-changing finance. Our services are a broad mix of everything your business may need, from tax preparation to monthly accounting.  We work with all types and sizes of businesses to help them stay on top of their finances so they can focus on what really matters: their business. Let us take over your bookkeeping using the tried and true Paper + Spark spreadsheet system. We set you up with a cloud-based receipt storage system, you upload your receipts, and we do the rest. This includes your sales information, purchases, fees paid, and any other seller expenses.

 

This is a great option for businesses who are just starting out and may not have many sales or expenses yet, but would like to have an organized system in place as they grow.

 

Please note we cannot use Paper + Spark Seller for partnerships or corporations, as they require more in depth accounting methods. See our Quickbooks options for partnership and corporation accounting.

We track your sales data, supply purchases, and seller expenses only.

Paper + Spark Seller & Inventory: $225 monthly

Our Quickbooks Simple plan is great for sole proprietors, partnerships, and corporations. We add you to our Quickbooks Online unit and help you connect your financial feeds, then we take over from there. This includes monthly reconciliation, categorizing transactions, removing any duplicates, and other general journal adjustments.

 

Also included in our Quickbooks Simple plan is monthly receipt categorization and account reconciliation, quarterly reports sent to clients, and twice yearly Zoom meetings to check up and go over the books. Payroll, sales tax returns, or personal federal tax returns can be added for an additional fee.

 

Quickbooks Simple is a great choice for businesses who are growing and expect to continue growing. It gives you all the basic foundation blocks without being out of your business budget.

Our Quickbooks Plus plan is the next step for most small businesses. We add you to our Quickbooks Online unit and help you connect your financial feeds, then we take over from there. This includes monthly reconciliation, categorizing transactions, removing any duplicates, and other general journal adjustments.

 

We connect you with two useful Quickbooks softwares: UnCat, where you can easily categorize any transactions we may be hesitant on, and A2X, which pulls real-time sales data in from Shopify, Etsy, and other commerce systems. Also included in our Quickbooks Advanced plan is monthly reports sent to you and quarterly Zoom meetings to keep you up to date. We also include an End-of-Year Checkup consultation and your business tax return preparation as a perk!

 

For those of you who sell physical products, we can also track your inventory for an additional $75 per month.

 

Quickbooks Plus is reccomended for businesses who are bringing in a steady amount of sales, but also expect to keep growing. It gives you the basic building blocks for your accounting along with some perks that make it easier, leaving you more time to focus on what you want to do: run your business! Since we do want to learn about your business and needs, we require a 1-hour exploratory consultation with you where we will discuss your business needs and finalize your pricing.

 

Quickbooks Plus: $500+ per month dependent on sales volume and transactions

This includes unlimited account connections, monthly reconciliation, categorizing transactions, removing any duplicates, and other general journal adjustments.

 

We connect you with two useful Quickbooks softwares: UnCat, where you can easily categorize any transactions we may be hesitant on, and A2X, which pulls real-time sales data in from Shopify, Etsy, and other commerce systems. For those of you who sell physical products, we include Paper + Spark Inventory tracking for an additional $75 per month.

 

Quickbooks Advanced is reccomended for well-established businesses who are ready to outsource their business finance recordkeeping while still being updated regularly about how things are going. It gives you all the tools you need to go hands-off and focus on your business, not your paperwork! Since we do want to learn about your business and needs, we require a 1-hour exploratory consultation with you where we will discuss your business needs and finalize your pricing.

 

Quickbooks Advanced: $700+ per month, dependent on sales volume and transaction amount

We prepare tax returns for sole proprieters, single or multi-member LLCs, "gig" workers, partnerships, and corporations. Sole proprieter, single member LLC, and "gig" worker returns include the personal return. Partnerships and corporations DO NOT include a personal return. If you are booking a partnership or corporation return and would like us to also file your personal return, please book TWO appointments - one for an individual and one for your business.

 

We require a non-refundable booking fee ($75 for partnerships or corporations, $40 for all others) when you book your appointment. Final return costs will vary depending on what forms are required and your individual tax circumstances.

 

Pricing: $250 and up depending on return complexity and forms required

If you have employees, we can take over your payroll using a system called Gusto. Your employees will receive direct deposit and electronic paystubs with each payment, as well as W2's or any 1099's required at the end of the year. All you need to do is send us their hours worked or any other pay adjustments.


Pricing: $250+ monthly depending on number of employees and payments.

We can file your sales taxes for you on a monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, or annually depending on your needs. This includes gathering your sales records, calculating the sales tax owed, filing any sales tax returns, and setting up direct withdraw for each state.

 

Pricing: $300+ per period depending on volume and number of states.

We can help you calculate your quarterly estimates using your current sales records or up to date Paper + Spark. We use data up to November and do some projections for your December data. This can give you an idea of what your tax liability may be as well as help you plan for any year-end moves such as large purchases or sales.

 

We can also check that your current withholding numbers may cover what you owe at the end of the year. Please note this is an estimate and we cannot make any guarantees.

We offer 1099NEC and W2 generation and electronic filing. We will file your forms and also electronically send it to an email address you provide for your employees or contractors. You may also print it for in-person delivery. Note this does not include any calculations or bookkeeping. We need completed totals from you.

 

Pricing: $50 for the first form, then $10 per additional form.

All of our clients receive access to TaxDome, our secure software, at no extra charge! TaxDome allows you unlimited secure cloud storage space,  convenient messaging access to us, and a single place where you can find all of your information, reports, invoices, and contracts.

The TaxDome app allows you to upload documents as traditional files or as "scan to upload" photos - perfect to help keep track of those pesky business receipts! Just open your TaxDome app, "scan" your receipt, and tap upload! Your files are stored securely in the cloud and accessible by us to review with no further steps from you.
